Your role We are looking for a Supply Chain – POP Material Planner Intern who will join the POP supply chain team for Retail/Wholesale channels.
The role focuses on managing the POP materials catalogue for a set of banners/brands to ensure materials are available on time and in the right warehouse.
Main responsibilities: • Project management of sourcing strategies for Retail/Wholesale POP materials.
• POP purchasing planning for the retail channel (cross-banners).
• Management of POP materials' master data (full catalogue and order forms).
• Overseeing the integration of new props into the catalogue (specific banners), including timeline monitoring.
• Tracking, monitoring, and optimizing KPIs (Service Level, Inventory, Inbound, and Outbound).
• Leading supply chain and sourcing-related projects.
Main requirements: • Strong problem-solving skills; you see solutions, not problems.
• A proactive attitude toward challenges, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Working knowledge of planning and related activities within a structured framework.
• Ability to manage complex projects in a matrixed and international organization.
• Good knowledge of Italian and English.
