**
- The SC Planning and Logistics Senior Specialist ensures that client orders are taken in, processed and carried out with precision to make sure the client receives their products on time, while also act as a customer service representative and aftersales specialist, being the single point of contact for the clients.
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Manage punctually the commercial and non-commercial orders and other future RLT products coming from different channels
- Establish the optimal production volume based on demand, analyzing Rough cut capacity, resource planning and detailed equipment planning.
- Create Supply Plans at the site level that incorporate the production and Logistic plans.
Ensure that the production plans are accurately reflected in 3Agest System.
- Manage the productions and shipments ensuring that product is produced, shipped & released on time and comply with DGR and IATA rules
- Enables high "Service-to-Patient" ensuring up-to-date information with customers regarding delivery promises and inventory
- Represent the point of contact for follow-up on-time delivery dates & escalating changes related to supply.
- Optimize local planning processes such as excess doses, throughput time and waiting times of sources

**Minimum requirements**
**What you'll bring to the role**:
- Education: High school graduation or bachelor's degree
- Languages: Fluent level of Italian and English
- A previous experience in the pharmaceutical environment will be considered a plus
- Exploitation of new technology and techniques to eliminate non-value-adding activities and improve productivity and performance through new processes
