**POSITION SCOPE**
Reporting to the Director of Procurement, this role is a key part of the Supply Chain organization, joining a close-knit team of professionals that is tightly integrated into the fabric of the organization to provide assistance a network of distribution centers, the U.S. and Canada.
This role is to ensure our products are at the correct stocking location, in the right quantities and SKU's, at the right time to drive customer satisfaction and to optimize CMG's operational execution.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the End-to-End supply of products, from demand planning to product replenishment.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts through a working in a team approach, working in cross functionally Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations.
- Effectively plan and execute a replenishment (supply) plan from vendors that assists the demand forecast while maintaining optimal inventory levels at the multiple company distribution centers.
- Active participation in the Sales & Ops Planning (S&OP) process.
- Assist Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) by maintaining effective working relationships with vendor partners.
- Issuing and following up on vendor Purchase Orders in our ERP system, and work on expediting when necessary.
- Own the Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) process and proactively identify exceptions and improvement opportunities within the Supply Chain.
- Perform detailed data analysis and root causing on KPI's (i.e., lost sales, inventory position, forecast accuracy and bias) and implement corrective actions as required.
- Work on assigned company cross-functional projects acting as the supply chain liaison.
- **SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Effective analytical skills - gather, analyze, visualize, and break down data to solve complex problems and communicate findings in a clear simple form.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel skills are required (experience with BI tools is a plus).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills being able to clearly communicate at multiple levels of the organization.
- Able to work effectively and cross functionally, as well as individually as the role requires.
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree and 2- 5 years' experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration, or relevant experience is required.
- APICS certification or Supply Chain Management degree is a plus.
- ERP experience required; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
- Knowledge of the craft brewing, and malting industries are a plus.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
- Standard working hours with the ability to be flexible given time zone differences.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- Personal Protective Equipment is required of all employees when on manufacturing and distribution sites.
- Must be comfortable working in an open office environment with cubicle seating.
