The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain management, be fluent in English, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This role focuses on continuous improvement, KPI monitoring, and process efficiency, with a strong emphasis on Lean methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies within the supply chain process, conduct deep analysis, and present 'as is' scenarios along with potential solutions for evaluation.KPI Monitoring: Focus on key performance indicators to ensure optimal performance and drive improvements across supply chain functions.Process Analysis: Perform in-depth studies of current processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.Lean Expertise: Implement and promote Lean methodologies to enhance process efficiency and eliminate waste.Planning and Scheduling: Work horizontally across planning and scheduling functions to ensure seamless operations and optimal resource utilization.Customer Service: Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance customer satisfaction and address any supply chain-related issues.Logistics: Oversee logistics activities, ensuring efficient and cost-effective movement of goods.Reporting: Provide regular updates on process improvements, KPI achievements, and operational performance.Cost Reduction: Manage costs of components and optimize planning to improve goods availability.Material Planner: Plan and check delivery, production plans, variance and availability, manage unforeseen tasks and delays, manage material cost and WOC, market demand, bill of material, production lead time, purchase lead time, and warehouse stocks.Requisiti:Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain management or related fields.Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.Expertise in Lean principles and methodologies.Strong focus on KPI monitoring and achievement.Experience in Logistics and Materials Management.Ability to work collaboratively across various departments including planning, scheduling, customer service, and logistics.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Bachelor's degree or certifications are a plus.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Skills:Analytical ThinkingProcess ImprovementKPI MonitoringLean ExpertiseCommunication and Interpersonal SkillsStrategic PlanningProblem SolvingProject Management Team WorkData AnalysisSupply Chain Software ProficiencyIn accordance with d.lgs 198/2006 we respect diversity and inclusion in applications.
