Tenova leverages a workforce of over 2,200 forward-thinking professionals located in 19 countries across 5 continents, who design technologies and develop services that help companies reduce costs, save energy, limit environmental impact and improve working conditions.Supply Chain Optimisation ManagerWe are looking for a Supply Chain Optimisation Manager willing to join our Supply Chain department to build and drive transformational projects with the ambition to create a competitive advantage through strong collaboration with stakeholders.Responsibilities:Analyze and redesign Supply Chain processes to achieve better efficiency, higher quality, and lower costs.Create, drive and execute transformative projects at pace and scale within the department to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.Create, steer and deliver projects where strategic initiatives are implemented with effective project planning the desired benefits are realized on time and within budget.Provide guidance and support to the Supply Chain team members and ensure their professional development.Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.Requirements:Master's Degree in Engineering or Business Management.Proven 8/10 years of working experience in the field.Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Operations processes.Exceptional project management, communication, and analytical skills.Strategic thinking and the ability to drive change and innovation.Fluent in English, oral and written.
