Join our team and help our clients to streamline their business strategy, processes, technology and harness the power of data, to remain competitive within today's changing Supply Chain and Operations area of Life Science industry.
Take part in high complexity projects and revolutionize how business are conducted handling the following activities:
- Optimize supply chain & operations capabilities in order to strengthen our life sciences clients
- Develop business and operating models for the entire enterprise or a specific function
- Drive supply chain transformations in line with client's business challenges
- Help clients improve their ability to drive business outcomes through digital planning, reporting, and analytics
- Be responsible for coaching and mentoring team's junior members
- Transfer detailed functional requirements and priorities highlighted with client business stakeholders to Accenture system integration team
- Plan and monitor implementation activities to support timely achievement of expected results

- Strong knowledge of main supply chain & operations processes in life sciences industry (pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical technology and consumer healthcare)
- 3-5 years' experience in life sciences industry and/or in primary consulting firm (working for life sciences companies)
- Proven experience in integrated business planning, supply chain planning and supply chain control tower processes and tools (e.g.
SAP IBP)
- Proven experience in business transformation program in life sciences industry that improve cost efficiency, increase business effectiveness and create synergies and collaboration across business dept.

- Ability to analyze complex client problems, understand financial performance links between operations, supply chain and corporate results and think strategically to create a benefit/business case
- Ability to interact and manage clients understanding the business context and specific business needs
- Ability to structure ideas and solutions, to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to develop new concepts and break-through thinking
- Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills
- Speak and write English fluently and the willingness to move in a multi-national environment
- Master Degree required
