As Supply Chain & Operations Excellence Specialist, you will be part of our Integrated Supply Chain organization. In this role you will enable excellence agenda in country customer supply chain functions (Planning, Logistics, Procurement) in order to achieve best in class customer service levels safely at optimal cost and asset utilization in short and long term, while contributing to best practice optimisation.
You will deal with the following responsibilities:
Responsible for cross-functional working with other departments and group functions to demonstrate "one team winning" and ensure best operational results.Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities and best-practices and secure that the market logistics set-up is fit for the future.Performance management and Continuous improvement in directly managed operations.Support in preparation of contracts, tendering and negotiations for 3 PL/Logistics providers in cooperation with logistics and procurement.Implementation, adherence to, and execution of, Group Health & Safety and CSR standards, quality requirements, KPIs, SLAs, Lean principles and CSM.Service Represent market logistic function in cross functional projects including NPD, end-to-end tendering, route-to-market, and long-term development plans.Costs Responsible for country fleet, including 3rd party service.Responsible for logistic network benchmarking.Responsible for facilities management, including maintenance, soft services, and rental for Milano, and peripheral sites.What we're looking for: Education & other requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, business administration or equivalent (In absence of university degree, 4-5 years of experience in supply chain/operations especially within FMCG market).2-3 years' experience in logistics/operations/excellence within supply chain/industrial environment.Good IT literacy.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken.Interpersonal Skills & other skills: End-to-end operations knowledge.Storage and automated process knowledge.Transport market & sourcing fair knowledge.Project Management.Lean thinking.Capacity to Drive for Results.Customer/Consumer Focus.Passion and integrity.Analytical thinking.Impactful cross-team interaction and communication.What you can expect: We work as a team locally and across borders, we align to ensure full transparency, we take accountability for our deliverables, we act with high speed and continuously prioritize.
