Are you a recent graduate eager to start your career in supply chain management ? Join our Philips team, where you'll gain hands-on experience in customer order management, logistics, and continuous improvement across the Western Europe region.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and complete order fulfillment, from receipt to final delivery.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams (Sales, Warehousing, GBS) to resolve issues.
Execute improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist in building and aligning business forecasts with the sales team.
Support the S&OP process with accurate demand planning data.
Maintain and apply Operational Excellence tools and methodologies.
Support Kaizen and Six Sigma projects to drive process improvements.
Requirements:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field.
Fluency in Italian and English; another European language (French, Spanish, German) would be a plus.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
