Job DescriptionEcolab is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for Italy, Switzerland, and Greece to join our Supply Chain team. Reporting to a Supply Chain Director, with the guidance from the EU Planning and Logistics leadership team, you will be a part of the team managing End to End Supply Chain within your region to help Ecolab deliver a great customer experience.
Your expertise in customer service, demand planning, logistics, and warehousing will help the team work out cost-effective solutions while ensuring a great customer experience. We are looking for a strong leader who can perform effectively in a complex matrix organization, with a high sense of ownership and accountability. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Supply Chain organization and will have the responsibility to further modify, enhance, and deliver excellence in Order to Cash daily operations.
The expectation is that you will be proficient in managing various Supply Chain areas, such as:
Demand PlanningLogisticsSupply PlanningCustomer ServiceYou will play an instrumental role in replenishment and inventory forecasting, shortages resolution, distribution planning, delivery execution, exception management, drop shipments, etc., while leading and developing your team and talent.
