As a member in the EMEA Supply Chain team and in the local Leadership team, the position leads the Supply chain organisation in Italy (11 people).
**Primary purpose**:
This role is accountable for delivering customer value through managing the fully integrated Customer Service and Supply Chain processes.
Measuring performance through a 'Single Point Of Contact' principle, the Supply Chain Market Manager drives customer satisfaction by delivering Operational Excellence, creating value by channel and contributing directly to overall sales results and cash collection.
As a lead team member, this role is measured through it's impact on company's Topline by capturing demand and optimize profit and working capital through NPI opportunities in coordination with Regional Supply team.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Lead the Market Supply Chain organization, monitor and manage achievements versus objectives (esp.
customer satisfaction, FRDD, forecast accuracy, cost-to-serve).
- In line with Operational Excellence, lead the full team of Customer Service and Supply Chain who are inhouse single interfaces to the customers, from order taking: this team provides support and value to any interaction requirement from the customers, according our value proposition targets
- Contribute to development and execution of Supply Chain strategy at EMEA level.
Provide an effective interface in the communication between Region and Market.
- Coordinate Customer Service Manager/Customer Service team, and Supply Chain Specialists.
Liaise with Emea Supply Execution team, Market Distribution Manager, Warehouse Manager, Technical Warranty Manager.
- Contribute directly to overall Company results by identifying NPI opportunities, manage Excess inventory in the most profitable way, drive alignment between forecast and demand.
**Background and personal skills**:
- University degree
- 10 years of working experience in Supply Chain and Customer Service area within a matrix organization.
Previous experience in sales is desired.
- Hight analytical skills and knowledge of financial instruments
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Execution
- Strong interpersonal & leadership skills within a cross-functional environment
- Ability to manage and influence international/multicultural team
- Mandatory fluency in English
