**Main Responsibilities / Activities**
The Supply Chain Manager will define Coesia common methodologies for Supply Chain processes.
He/she will be responsible for the digitalization and optimization of supply chain, as well as for supporting all Coesia Companies in the implementation of planning and logistics processes and tools.
Main responsibilities include:
- Defining the strategy and action plan for the harmonization and deployment of processes and tools at Coesia level, including methodologies for overall demand planning, Sales & Operations Planning process, inventory stock target level and logistic costs control;
- Guaranteeing the deployment of standard methodologies and tools through active support to the local organizations with know-how and project management competences;
- Identifying improvement opportunities and implement related improvement projects both at Group and Company level, while establishing a Supply Chain center of excellence to support both global and local needs;
- Improving the Supply Chain processes also through the introduction of digital solutions aimed at ensuring deeper insights on vendor relations, material lead times, real-time demand and rapid S&OP analytics;
- Monitoring at Group level the overall demand plan, to identify and resolve significant and/or critical supply/demand imbalances, supporting the Companies with short-term operational tactics and long-term strategies.
**Basic Requirements**
- Engineering degree strongly preferred;
- 8-10 years of experience either in high-tech machinery industries, FMCG, e-Commerce companies or consultancy firms operating in these sectors, of which at least 5 years of relevant experience in the supply chain field;
- Project management experience;
- Experience in matrix organizations, within international groups;
- Continuous improvement attitude;
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams;
- Leadership, communication, and influencing skills;
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving attitude;
- Excellent command of English language.
