A member of the UN Global Compact and the international WWF Climate Savers programme, the Sofidel Group considers sustainability a strategic factor for growth.PURPOSETo support the Group Supply Chain Development Manager in coordinating activities related to the order fulfillment of digital customers to maximize service levels and optimize supply chain flow.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor and facilitate order fulfillment activities for digital customers from order receipt to transport execution and returns management.Support European Customer Service Departments in managing e-commerce customer sales orders, providing advice on delivery plans, goods issue timing, and stock availability.Check production and intercompany transfer plans, suggesting modifications to ensure adequate stock levels for e-commerce customer SKUs.Manage intercompany transfers with the Group Planning Department for specific situations related to digital customers.Collaborate with Transport & Shipping Departments to manage logistics issues.Collect information on sales trends and stock availability from customer digital platforms and Sofidel systems to analyze data and draft reports for decision-making.Participate in periodical meetings with digital customer stock managers to support decision-making with detailed operational knowledge.Promote a safety-bound corporate culture.Apply Corporate Principles and Values.REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATIONBachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management, or a related field.Good level of English (both reading and speaking).Team-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.Able to deal with external contractors and suppliers.Attention to accuracy and precision in managing daily activities.Curious and proactive mindset.WHAT WE OFFERThe chance to work in an international Group with opportunities for professional growth.A dynamic environment based on teamwork.Sofidel Language Learning Programme through an innovative digital platform for you and one additional user.This position is a temporary replacement to cover a maternity leave.
