- Our Burberry Tecnica team is looking for a Finance Administrator. You will be responsible for various administrative and clerical tasks to support the accounting office and all other company function such as Production/Sampling/Shipping. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing to basic bookkeeping and reporting.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Are you able to:
- Prepare and process delivery notes and shipping documentation
- Match work orders and Delivery notes to invoices
- Process invoices and credit/debit notes, domestic and foreign ones, including custom invoices
- Process disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.
- Liaise with Vendors for payments and PO's.
- Liaise with business partners for issue resolution and escalate in line with SLA
- Prepare and maintain admin documents and records such as VAT, Intrastat, Fixed assets register and other Admin Registers.
- Archive Invoices, Bills, Expense documents and any other Admin documents such as Contracts, Delivery Notes, POs, Statements, etc.
- Deliver specific analyses supported by external documentation (es. Invoices, statements, etc.).
- Assist senior accounting personnel with general accounting tasks and period end activities
- Ad hoc duties, queries and projects as required.
**PERSONAL PROFILE**
- Experience in an administrative role such as AP clerk, preferably in multinational companies or in companies operating abroad
- Good knowledge of English language
- Work experience with ERP system as end-user in a finance function
- Experience in month end accounting tasks
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to details
- Strong excel skills
