**Posizione**:
ACTIA Italy is searching for an **experienced SUPPLY CHAIN and LOGISTIC SPECIALIST** to report directly to the Director of Operations.
As a **Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist** you will be responsible for materials supply to key OEM sites, in a fast-paced context, including all aspects of material planning to ensure continuous product availability to meet customers production requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordination of logistics and supply chain activities, working closely with headquarter and production sites.
- Daily management of correct order fulfillment and daily production planning follow-up.
- Purchase and forecast planning considering the customer needs, lead times and inventory levels.
- Weekly production planning to fulfill the customers short term requirements.
- Coordination and organization of warehouse material reception activities.
- Close work with the headquarters' team to identify components shortages, taking joint actions to minimize the impacts and adapt the production planning accordingly.
- Communication with the customers to assess projected demand and long-term forecasting.
- Management of stock levels and inventory control activities.
- Assisting in the coordination of products run-outs and new products introduction organization.
- Analysis and monthly consumptions reports.
- Control and negotiation with the logistic partners (transport, warehouse).
- Automatization of repetitive tasks through macros, queries and implementation support of new tools.
- Proposition and implementation of forecasting and supply planning process improvements.
- Negotiation with suppliers to ensure that products are delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with forecasts and agreements.
**Requisiti**:
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field.
**Technical skills (mandatory)**
- Previous experience in supply chain / logistics (at least 3 years)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Excellence in written and spoken English
**Technical skills (nice to have)**
- Previous experience in production planning based on customer demand
- Previous experience in managing the supply chain of electronic products
- Previous experience in the automotive field
