Job Overview Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the timely cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning of production materials.
It ensures the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of delivery, inventory and late at the established levels.
It coordinates and integrates the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the supply chain in according to the Lean concepts' principles.
Responsible for scheduling execution of rough-cut production plan and for achieving output according to the weekly production plan at lowest costs/inventory in the Production Activity Control process.
Responsible for supply chain performances for value streams.
Customer front end service.
Responsibilities: Adheres to the safety and quality standards/rules of the organization while working within a team environment.
Proficiently and accurately prepares, analyzes and issues detailed production schedules in according to the system proposal Draws up and confirm a panning schedule to meet shipping dates according to sales customer orders.
Perform the daily meeting with the shop floor leader.
Collaborates with all departments to manage and expedite production to meet customer expectation.
Reviews and optimizes SAP master data parameters setting along supply chain.
Schedule the supply of materials (finish goods, components, raw materials) to meet production requirements and correct stock levels in according to the system SAP APO.
Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit.
Takes follow up actions in relation to the deviation from the production schedules or material shortage.
Minimizes obsolete stock to ensures a correct business flow to avoid the obsolescence bucket.
Monitors supply chain KPIs (Inventory, Late, Delivery, Premium Freight) for value streams in according to the targets.
Ability to cope with stress.
Requirements: Bachelor/master's degree in engineering, economy or equivalent.
Preferable minimum 2 years of production planning or materials management in a plant/manufacturing environment.
Preferable experience of supply chain improvements and related performance improvement results.
Preferable experience in the Automotive business unit.
Working experience with supply chain planning systems and ERP systems (especially SAP APO).
Solid in English both written and spoken.
Strong IT systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Results orientated and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines.
