Supply Quality Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Supplier onboarding, qualification, performance presentation, monitoring and control.
Leading Supplier Technical audit in both reactive and preventive approach.
- Transfer "Quality Wins" best practices and techniques to Suppliers.Develop and execute Supplier Integration activities.
- Issue test and COO certificates.
Ensure and hold the plant IRIS / ISO9001 certification and give support on ISO50001 certification.
- Collaborate with HSE plant functions in certification aspects, audits and procedures.
- Host plant product homologation / audit (ENEL, CCC, KC, TW, Nuclear, etc).
- Development and review of plant Integrated Management System procedures and related documentation.
- Internal auditing.
- Understand the inspector expectations and needs, outlining quality standards and developing quality control processes.
**Your background**:
- Technical High School diploma or Bachelor Degree.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in operations or from relevant business segments.
- Good technical understanding of quality processes and tools.
- Fluency in Italian and English (Oral and written).
- Good communication skill.
