About the jobAre you passionate about ensuring top-tier quality standards in a dynamic, global environment? Do you excel at driving continuous improvement and innovation? Join our team as a Global Quality Specialist and be at the forefront of quality management and assurance for our leading taps products! This role reports to the Global Quality manager and works closely with the procurement and category management departments. Additionally, the role involves visiting suppliers to establish and enforce our quality requirements.
Your tasksQuality Planning: Develop and maintain a quality plan to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, R&D, and external suppliers to maintain product supply and support new product introductions.
Supplier Quality: Establish and enforce quality requirements for external suppliers.
Compliance Support: Assist teams in meeting national and international standards and legislation.
Testing & Evaluation: Oversee tests and procedures, ensuring product modifications are investigated when necessary.
Inspection & Release: Manage quality inspections and product release programs for all materials and components.
Standards & Methods: Establish clear quality methods and standards for staff.
Documentation: Set up and maintain control and documentation procedures.
Performance Monitoring: Gather and analyze performance data to produce statistical reports.
Quality Assurance Management: Organize and manage the quality assurance function in close cooperation with customers and the management team.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in engineering or Equivalent Technical Background.
Experience: 2-4 years in a similar role.
Certifications: Six Sigma, Project Management (preferred).
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of product safety and working with suppliers/customers.
Language: Fluent in English.
Skills: Strong drive for results, cost-conscious, ability to work under deadlines, problem-solving, analytical skills, and a focus on innovation and change.
