Supplier Quality Engineer Location: CHINA
What are your main tasks?
First batch sample inspection check supplier parts dimensions according to drawing Corrective for incoming nok parts feedback to suppliers about issues description and communicate with supplier about corrective actions Handle Nok parts judge how to handle Nok parts, special sourcing, sorting or return back to suppliers Create inspection WI make sure control points of part quality according to performance and assembly requirement of drawing, and create inspection spec. Follow-up supplier about design and manufacture of part gauges Create instruction of part gauge Supplier quality promotion training supplier about PPAP and ISO/TS16949 and share improvement suggestions and actions. Supplier process audit process audit for supplier and make audit report and corrective actions and follow-up Responsible for the supplier management during the project phase include PA audit/ APQP tracking/quality problem solving. What are your qualifications?
Above 3 years SQA experience in automotive industry or other relevant experience The candidate must have the TS16949 knowledge, VDA 6.3 certification. English as working language. Tenacious and persuasive. Demanding and rigorous. Ability to develop partnerships. Motivation. Result Oriented Ability to work under pressure and high availability for the ramp-up Autonomous: is able to solve his problems by himself (wished) And most importantly, what can you expect from us?
