Management of the supplier PPAP to validate parts for use in production, non conformities, supplier KPI of the plant and be part of the team for the new project release.Main ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and manage the PPAP (Product Part Approval Process) for new programs, engineering changes and process improvements received by suppliers. Monitor supplier Quality through Dana1Source for compliance and current requirements as needed for the business unit, identifying and escalating high impact issues Travel to suppliers as necessary for quality discussion . Generate and distribute visitation reports.Monitoring and tracking prevention and resolution of Supplier issueAbility to work in a team environment and foster continuous improvement in all aspects of the plant operationsPrepare periodic reports and other data to expose to managers and/or plant personnelReview and Approve of Supplier PPAP submissionMaintain and Monitor Supplier non-conformitiesTrace and review status of engineering deviations and change reportsSupport APQP processMain opportunities and challenges: In the role you have the chance to be the reference person for Arco plant in the Supplier Quality, to meet the Supplier Quality reference and understand the details of the processes of the entire supply chain.Job position requirementsEducation: University bachelor degree: Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalentProfessional background • 1 - 3 years experience in similar position is a plus.Hard skills Essential: • English medium level is mandatory• Strong technical knowledge on industrial processes• Strong knowledge on problem solving methodologies• Strong knowledge on technical drawing comprehension• Strong computer skills.
