To empower the Supplier Quality Department we are looking for:SUPPLIER QUALITY COORDINATOR - AUTOMOTIVEActivitiesResponsible for providing guidance and management to a team of Supplier Quality Assurance, located in his production plant.Maintain complaint and non conformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.Lead/Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of correction actions of supplier quality issues .Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.Assist operation by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental and health and safety KPIs.Develop improved standards for production and design, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines.Identify training needs and take action to ensure company wide compliance.Work in a team t with suppliers to interpret, build upon and comply with company quality assurance standards.
RequirementsYou are the ideal candidate if you gained experience in a supplier quality role within the automotive industry.The technical skills required are:Autonomy in analysis and non-compliant management (PPAP, 8D reports..)Autonomy in 2nd level auditsKnowledge of autonomtive certifications (IATF16949:2016, VDA 6.3)Mandatory fluent in English (B2/C1)Engineering or Economic educationThe soft skills required are:Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills within cross-functional teamsEffective time management, organization, and task prioritization skills.Competent in problem solvingAbility to work successfully in a multicultural organizationWilling to travel (North Italy - 30/40% - 1 or 2 days)Place of work: Province of Brescia (BS).Smart working policy.I candidati ambosessi (D.lgs.
