We are seeking an experienced Leader, Naval Architect who will be responsible for designing and developing our yacht and catamaran projects. If you are passionate about marine architecture, have experience in coordinating classification documentation, and possess excellent English language skills, this opportunity is for you.
Your responsibilities:Coordinate work of engineering team within scope of responsibility.Closely cooperate with other engineering disciplines.Prepare technical documentation and maintain class approval process within project scope.Prepare deck equipment arrangements, such as anchor and mooring plans, ladder, railings, life rafts, hatches, platforms, etc.Develop and contribute in new resolutions within scope of responsibility.Prepare coordination plans for residential and other rooms and verify plans for compliance with the requirements of classification provisions and regulations.Prepare plans for doors, windows and hatches.Provide technical advice on developed projects.Prepare fire and safety plans.Design, select, and calculate the need for insulation.Prepare technical drawings and details of wall and ceiling formwork.Prepare quotation requests and technical specifications for potential contractors and vendors.Essentials:Prior experience in a similar position with special attention on leadership skills.Familiarity with software such as Acad, SolidWorks, Cadmatic.A higher education degree related to our field.Fluency in both spoken and written English.Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work under time pressure.Excellent communication skills and logical argumentation.Meticulousness and precision in working with international environment and demanding clients.Spatial imagination and a collaborative team spirit.
