Supervisory Realty Specialist

You will serve as SUPERVISORY REALTY SPECIALIST (Deputy Real Estate Division Director) in the Real Estate Production Support Division of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Europe Africa Central (NAVFACSYCOM EURAFCENT).
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:Utilizing knowledge of real estate practices, procedures, and principles in real estate contracting and real estate transactions;Overseeing real estate projects, funding of renewal contracts, budget materials, personnel, and other information concerning real estate programs;Providing advice on complex real estate issues and policies;Overseeing the direction of the real estate program for the organization.NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
