You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MARINE TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST (PROGRAM MANAGER) in the Office of the CDRE, MSC EURAF of MSCEUR. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Providing technical advice, expert analysis and assistance to resolve issues associated with responsibility for all assets such as USS, USNS, and MARAD ships and over assigned USTRANSCOM afloat forces; Analyzing and coordinating in the development, collection, analysis and resolution of command's financial and personnel management issues; Providing operational and technical guidance on federal, state and local maritime laws, regulations, documentation and reporting requirements; Developing instructions, directives, manuals and other correspondence to promulgate policy and provide guidance to the Fleet.
