Supervisory Management And Program Analyst

You will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the Business Operations Department, Workforce Management Division of the NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SIGONELLA.The mission of the Workforce Management Division is to oversee the command's administrative programs and to assist with manning analysis and overseas payroll for civilian and foreign national personnel.
This position serves as the Division Head.Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:Demonstrating knowledge of workforce management principles, hiring practices, HR processes and regulations, and civilian performance management programs;Managing civilian personnel matters for the command and monitoring personnel billets and vacancies;Conducting analysis of an employee performance evaluation program to recommend and execute a course of action for new and improved system operations.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
