You will serve as a Supervisory Management Analyst/Deputy N1 in Manpower and Personnel (N1) of COMMANDER US NAVAL FORCES EUROPE.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Supervising, managing, and administering complex manpower and personnel programs:
2) Applying regulations, laws and policies applicable to the principal manpower and personnel program plans, goals, objectives and milestones;
3) Analyzing advance Department of Defense management and organizational systems to assess and recommend improvements; and
4) Analyzing data extracts and reports from current service and joint personnel/manpower databases.
