About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by coordinating the Network Enterprise Center's overall logistics contract management program; developing and executing material management programs, including inventory control and distribution throughout the system; planning and developing policies for the overall supply operation, including, but not limited to supply procurement, stock control, storage, issue, disposal, accountability, and Petroleum Oil Lubricate functions; and overseeing utilization of Interagency Fleet Management Systems (IFMS) vehicles and other transportation related services.
