Supervisory Human Resources Specialist

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the CIVILIAN HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE of OCHR OVERSEAS PROGRAM CENTER. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying advanced HR management laws, rules regulations and policies to recruitment, placement, pay setting and bonuses; recommending HR interventions to resolve staffing, classification and compensation issues; advising on recruitment strategies, sources and special programs to emphasize affirmative action in staffing positions AND providing advisory services to program managers which affects the objectives and effectiveness of agency HR activities, missions and programs.
