Supervisory Emergency Management Specialist

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Operations Department (N3), Emergency Management (N37) of NAVSUPPACT NAPLES. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Coordinating all-hazard exercises to determine Emergency Operation Center (EOC) staff readiness;Evaluating organization's ability to execute mass warning and notification (MWN) responses as part of an all-hazard response for an organization;Organizing staff training in the operation of an Emergency Operation Center (EOC);Managing a qualification and continuing training program for emergency response personnel.NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for this position.
This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
This position requires substantial coordination and integration of major work assignments, projects, or program segments of professional, scientific, technical, or administrative work involving emergency dispatching and emergency management.
