You will serve as a CHIEF OF THE CONTRACTING OFFICE in the Contracting Production Support Division of NAVAL FAC ENGR SYS CMD EUROPE AFRICA CENTRAL.
In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) Leading others within an Acquisition division in providing the full range of contract and contract administration services for research and development, maintenance, support services, information technology and husbanding services; 2) Ensuring an innovative and agile contract program has the proper staffing, budgeting, and program management needed to provide quality Acquisition products and services; 3) Developing and Modifying command procurement actions and pricing structures; and 4) Overseeing the development and interpretation of complex long rand strategies related to the management of procurement matters.
