Work Schedule Other Environmental Conditions Office PURPOSE OF POSITION/RESPONSIBILITIES: SUPERVISOR OF VISUAL INSPECTION TEAM Production Ensure the production of the drugs requested by the customer through the coordination and control of the VISUAL INSPECTION employee structure assigned.
This includes contributing to the creation of instructions on production operations, supporting in case of anomalies with respect to the production standards, coordinating the activities of the assigned department with other departments of the Production function, and ordering necessary consumables in compliance with the budget, safety regulations, customer needs in terms of quantity, time, GMP, procedures, and company quality standards.
Management of Employees Ensure the coordination and control of the employee structure through the definition of objectives, exploitation of results, and analysis of training and development needs to ensure a high level of performance and motivation.
Maintenance Support the Technical Services function in the maintenance of the productive plants by coordinating the dependent structure in verifying the efficiency of the assigned department and equipment, and providing timely support to resolve production problems (plant failures).
Plan production maintenance by timely reporting anomalies and coordinating efforts to maintain the efficiency of the department.
Consumer Goods Collaborate with the Technical Operations Administrator to ensure an adequate level of inventory by coordinating with the Department Supervisor.
Keys to Success: Ensure quality compliance by GMP conforming aligned with the Quality Assurance department.
Education: Degree in a scientific field.
Experience: Experience in pharmaceutical companies.
