Supervisor Restaurant Bar

What youll do Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
Ensure the restaurant/bar area are H&S compliant for each shift.
Run the daily briefing for the restaurant & bar team.
Coordinate and run the reservations system.
Draft floor plan based on covers.
Support with F&B stock; ordering and stock counts.
Support with training for the F&B team.
Labour scheduling.
Cash handling and daily reporting of revenues as per hotel SOPs.
Responsible for the service on the floor and bar.
Responsible for the safe opening and closing of the restaurant.
Work with the culinary team on menus service and product availability.

Previous work experience as floor manager or supervisor in a busy and highvolume restaurant.
A natural at leading and managing others you lead by example and create an environment where your team can be their best self.
