Context and purpose of the job:
Within the Emporio Armani store in Milan, you will join the team as Supervisor. You will work in close contact with the Client Advisors by infusing energy into the team through your commitment. You will lead with passion in order to stimulate achievement of the best possible results. All these efforts aim to offer excellence in customer service. You will be in charge of the development of the team focusing on CRM and Clienteling activities.
Responsibilities: Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and ensure efficiencyMonitor and perform a sales ritual in line with brand policy ensuring the team provides excellent customer service (presales, in-sales, aftersales)Support the team in achieving sales targets and maximizing store profitabilityRegularly review each Client Advisor's client book to ensure clients' contact details and purchases are properly loggedFoster a client-centric approach implementing action plans to let the team: perfectly know their clients, follow up with the existing ones and work with the potential onesSpread a client-centric approach, creating synergies between all the Departments, leading by example and sharing best practices on clienteling activities at Store levelOrganize and conduct staff induction programs, trainings and morning briefingsObserve and apply Company policies and procedures, ensuring that all directives are observed in the storeSupport the management team ensuring proper coverage of the selling floor and smooth store operationsOversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash managementSupervise goods receiving and stock management to ensure efficiency and timelinessTake an active role in inventory Requirements: Must have skills: 3+ years of experience in the same role, possibly within the Fashion & Luxury industryAnalytical skills and KPI knowledgeHigher education diploma and/or BachelorFluent knowledge of English and ItalianManagerial skills and customer service skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent team leadership skillsResponsibility and reliability
