ProfileAs a Supervisor at RIMOWA your mission is to:Lead your team alongside the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager and hold a leadership position in their absence.Provide support to ensure store operations are carried out efficiently. At RIMOWA our supervisors support the store managers and assistants store manager with task delegation, cashiering, personal management and inventory management.Drive strategic growth through careful analysis of product and consumer trends.Provide an outstanding and unforgettable client experience. Whether they are long-time RIMOWA brand ambassadors or are discovering our products for the first time, ensuring that our clients embark on their own personal RIMOWA journeys is our top priority.Build long-term relationships with our clientele by leveraging our tools to foster brand loyalty.Assist with special requests and perform repairs in coordination with our client care department.Be a team player, first and foremost, who is eager to learn about our products, our brand and history.
