The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor.
It is a full-time role (40-hour working week made of 8 hours per 5 days and 2 days off).

Your duties Coordinate cleaning activities, planning and distributing room tidying interventions Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure highest standards are met Identify and report any maintenance issues and missing or damaged property Respond to requests from guests and reception Process reports on arrivals, departures and free rooms ready Our expectations Previous experience in the role in 5* hotels, ideally in international chains Knowledge of the Opera system and English are advantageous skills A friendly and people oriented attitude Strongly team-oriented attitude A natural talent for paying attention to the smallest details A positive outlook and outgoing personality Planning, coaching, delegation and team organization skills Previous experience supervising a team would be a great advantage
