Reporting hierarchically to the Student Life Supervisor, the Student Life Assistant will assure all activities related to the promotion of student social integration within the campus and the Italian culture by supporting them in daily life needs and fostering inter-departmental connections among students through social networks and events. He/She will support the development and production of NABA Merchandising collections and assure the activities related to its launch, promotion, and distribution among students, staff, and externally.
The selected candidate will carry out the following activities: Plan and execute extracurricular courses on campus (educational and recreational activities, cultural trips, walking tours, and sports activities); support agreements and relations with cultural and commercial institutions, partners, and external service providers.Monitor and promote special events and parties among students to improve their integration.Monitor, moderate, and enhance the social network activity on the NABA non-institutional channels.Assure the development of NABA Merchandising collections in collaboration with the Communication Department, promoting initiatives and new products among students, staff, and externally.Support the Registration Office during the immatriculation period regarding bureaucratic and administrative aspects (e.g., permesso di soggiorno, fiscal codes, opening of bank accounts, health insurance, etc.).Technical Skills required: 2 years of experience in promotional activities and in the organization of events in a multicultural environment.Passion and attitude for social media.Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, charisma, attention to detail, and a propensity towards sports.B2/C1 level of English.Good knowledge of Excel; knowledge of Adobe Suite will be considered a plus.Chinese language knowledge will be considered a plus.Contract and compensation: to be defined.
