Job Summary Under the coordination of the Student & Academic Services Supervisor, manages class timetable and bureaucratic activities during the entire academic year. Is responsible in scheduling lessons, exams and other academic activities and supports the Supervisor in managing relationship with teachers and other school departments. Supports in technological implementations aimed at the academic process, in accordance with HQ. Organizes and ensures proper management of the School Library by taking care of all activities in order to provide high quality service to students and tutors.
Key Purpose of the Job Courses Planning – Supports the Supervisor in the following activities:
• manage the correct filling of the Teaching Assignment and the correct scheduling of all courses;
• prepare the course timetable and assure the delivery of the scheduling to teachers and students;
• support in spaces management for events in order to optimize the educational program;
• plan exams calendar;
• build the structure needed for databases and their implementation;
• check the correct information flow for regional and ministerial institutions.
Faculty and PL Support – Supports the Student & Academic Services Supervisor in managing the relations with academic area's representatives (teachers, program leader) for all educational activities: lessons' timetable, registrations, trips planning, exams, marks' publication.
ICT - Academic Development – Supports the Student & Academic Services Supervisor, in consultation with HQ in technology implementations inherent to academic activities and monitors their actual implementation in school. Suggests possible improvements and development projects aimed at making academic services more usable.
Library - Manages the Library by taking care of the volumes and materials for educational research by sticking to the planned annual budget and creating a monthly report for the Director of
Education. Maintains up-to-date technical software and magazine (online research platform, online cataloging....) by analyzing over the year the degree of usage. Supports students in research by suggesting the material available and the appropriate research method.
Skills and Education • Min 3 year of experience in the academic planning field – schools or universities;
• Office suit proficiency, in particular Excel;
• English proficiency;
• Precise and organized person;
• Team player;
• Hyperplanning knowledge is a plus.
