On behalf of an important international context, the Diversity Inclusion Division of LHH RS is looking for a Structured Finance Specialist l.68/99ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Function Manager, the role includes: On behalf of an important international context, the Diversity Inclusion Division of LHH RS is looking for a Structured Finance Specialist l.68/99ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Function Manager, the role includes:- Activities in the management of financing sources;- General support in managing the Company's debt/equity structure;- Management of the Project Financing loan contract and banking counterparties;- Management and updating of the Company's financial model as a tool to support the company's strategic decisions;- General interface with the administration area for data coming from company accounting, with the planning and control area for the periodic preparation of budgets and financial forecasts;- General support in extraordinary finance operations based on need, renewal activities of the insurance package, management of the guarantee line;- Coordination with the BUs/Directions for the identification of Investments and for the preparation of the required documentation.Your ProfileThe Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:- belonging to the protected categories l.68/99- Management engineering, Economics and business (specialization in finance considered a plus)- approx.
