Core ResponsibilitiesYou'll lead the Strategy & Transformation Department in consolidating its role as a strategic support for the Company in creating, developing, and delivering business strategy and transversal transformations, coaching and coordinating its members.
You'll partner with the local Board of Directors to identify strategic potential for growth and empower people to work on it.
You'll monitor the business model to ensure alignment with Company strategic needs and recommend any significant changes to the Board.
You'll be responsible for the framework for transformations.
You'll lead transversal transformations that affect the strategic development of our Company, focusing on Lean, Digital, and Agile methodologies.
You'll lead and coordinate a portfolio of projects that break the mold, challenge convention, and drive innovation to the forefront of our industry.
You'll manage the framework for change management in our Company (Problem Solving, Project Management, Innovation).
You'll be responsible for the framework for competencies development in areas of Lean and Digital.

Your QualificationsAt least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering).Showcase 8-10 years of trailblazing experience as a Project Manager, backed by a portfolio of game-changing projects with a lean-digital profile.Command a deep understanding of project management methodologies, including SCRUM, LEAN, and Waterfall. Certifications such as PMP or ScrumMaster are more than welcome.Proven path of exceptional transversal leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Previous experience in managing people is highly desirable.Proficiency in project management software (Jira) and tools (Design Thinking, Agile, Waterfall).Thrive in an ever-changing landscape, swiftly adjusting to new project requirements and priorities.Embrace challenges with a problem-solving mindset (i.e., Kaizen, PDCA, A3, 5Whys, 5W+1H, Ishikawa) and an unwavering commitment to excellence.Able to coach Business Leaders, as well as the Project Managers' Community, in Lean and Digital.Solid knowledge of English (at least B2).Ready to Light the Fire?
