WHAT WILL YOU DO? Core activities. Acting as Manager, you will be involved in strategic projects for Insurance clients. In particular, you will play a key role in enabling our clients to reshape and optimize their business/operating models, also leveraging on new digital solutions. You will have the opportunity to lead projects within the Insurance Industry by adopting an innovative approach and leveraging on relevant experiences; Ensure quality, in terms of delivery and timing, on supervised project activities; Oversee planning and profitability of supervised projects in compliance with the shared targets. You will also have the opportunity to ensure coaching and professional growth of coordinated resources on the project, to contribute significantly to the maintenance and development of commercial opportunities for current and new clients, and to contribute to the development of new areas of opportunity for current and prospective clients.Team work. Your role will focus on leading complex projects in a proactive and responsible way, on coordinating of the project team and on managing client relationship. WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE… Academic background. Excellent educational background, preferably in the fields of business management or economics.Valuable expertise. 5+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, with strong focus on Insurance and Financial Services projects; Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment; Proven experiences in managing complex strategic projects, also leveraging on innovative methodologies/ frameworks; Very good proficiency on PowerPoint and Excel usage; Good knowledge of English.Soft skills. Ability to manage relationship with client and to coordinate team members; Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills; Team player willing to share ideas and work collaboratively.
