**Your role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our strategy and special projects team. You will work closely with our team to support the development and execution of current and future strategies across all areas of the business.
The team of strategy and special projects makes sure that the company is scaling by managing cross-divisional projects. The main topics of the team are expansion, scaling and efficiency of the operations, go-to-market, business model and overall company strategic focus. In your internship, you will be working on several projects contemporarily within different areas and be responsible for the outcome, coordinating the specific knowledge of the departments and delivering an end-to-end development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assisting in the implementation of new projects and strategies within all the teams
- Building and coordinating with various departments to deliver an end-to-end project to allow for the development of the business.
- Supporting ideation and ground-up development of strategic relevant projects
- Assisting in the creation of presentations and reports for internal and external
stakeholders
**Qualifications**:
- Academic excellence (with grades on your CV)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Creative approach with a passion for entrepreneurship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Being proactive and daring to take ownership is a must to succeed.
- Available for a 6-month internship with a start date in March.

**Process**:
The hiring process at Heritage includes the following stages:
- First round interview: We schedule a call to give you an opportunity to learn more about Heritage and the role, as well as ask any questions you may have.
- Logic & Attitude assessment: You will be assessed on your logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attitude towards the role and our company.
- Final discussion: We will have a final discussion to review your qualifications and assess your suitability for the role.
- Offer: If you are selected for the role, you will be offered a position with Heritage.
