YOUR MISSION The missions of the Strategy Intern are:
Strategy: Support Employee Benefits Strategic Plan elaboration (3-year plan) and help to define Business Line strategy and ambition in Employee Engagement Platform market.
M&A: Participate to strategic due diligence of M&A targets.
Ad hoc support: Help the strategy team members on ad-hoc subjects (e.g. business development projects, etc.) and supervise countries operational performance monitoring.
The intern will report to the 'Strategic Project Manager'.
OUR REQUIREMENTS Bac +5, Business / Engineering school, ideally in second part of her/his gap-year or for final year student - Mandatory Internship Agreement.
Interest for strategy and finance.
Ability to work collaboratively in a transversal role.
Mastering of Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Analytical and communication skills.
Fluent in French and English.
INTERNSHIP DETAILS Internship contract (6 months, flexible).
Full-time.
Start date: July 2024.
Based at Edenred HQ, 16 Boulevard Garibaldi, 92310 Issy – Les – Moulineaux.
