We're looking for a Strategy Execution Manager to drive our strategic initiatives and lead innovation!
As our Strategy Execution Manager, you will be at the heart of our strategic projects.
Reporting directly to the Stadium & Consumer Business Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our strategic organizational goals are executed effectively across the business(match-day tickets, e-commerce, retail, membership programs).
Your main responsibilities include: Leading and monitoring cross-department projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet expected outcomes.Assessing the progress of strategic initiatives, identifying potential risks, and implementing corrective measures when necessary.Working closely with teams across the organization (Product Marketing, Brand, ICT, Data Strategy, CRM) to ensure seamless strategy execution.Analyzing market trends and industry insights, identifying new opportunities to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Staying up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends, incorporating them into our strategic planning and execution processes.Developing performance metrics to track the success of strategic initiatives and providing regular reports to senior leadership.What we're looking for: Education: A Master's degree, preferably in Economics or Marketing.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in strategy execution and/or project management, with a focus on consumer businesses such as ticketing, e-commerce, or retail.Technical skills: Expertise in project management methodologies, budget and cost management, and the ability to handle risks and corrective actions. Strong understanding of consumer business dynamics and experience with digital solutions and CRM systems.Soft skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively at all levels. Ability to juggle multiple projects with a keen eye for detail and deadlines. Cross-functional leadership and adaptability to evolving market dynamics are essential.
