Qualifications If you : Have at least 7 year's experience with ATL, BTL, Digital, Social campaigns in international agencies and/or for international brands Have a proven track record ofimplementing holistic communications strategies; Have are familiar wit bothbrand planning and user-centred designsuch as consumer journeys and experience planning; Are motivated to continue learning and sharing knowledge; Ideally,worked on campaigns that won strategy awards such as Effie, APG or IPA If you : Are passionate about communication, creativity and how to really get through to people; Have good foundations in brand building, creative strategy and comms planning, but at the same time are confident enough to break those rules to push the work to new, unexplored places; Always strive to make the work better; Are somehow a culture geek and enjoy getting under the skin of what motivates people's behaviour; Are looking for your next step up in a role that will both challenge and reward you; Are a pirate, not the navy.
