**Strategy & Change Department Intern**

We're looking for a Strategy & Change Department Intern.
The resource will:
- Help preparing the documentation for the various meetings with the involved stakeholders
- Support in the organization of meetings and proactively draft meeting material
- Analyse business goals, objectives and business needs
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and benchmark when required
- Assist senior team members in day-to-day operativity
- Attend meetings and with the guidance of senior colleagues summarize the main topics
- Support in project planning activities
Hard Skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or a related field
- Proficient in English, both speaking and writing
- Experience with Office suit, in particular Power Point and Excel
Plus:
- Good knowledge of insurance market
- Knowledge of German and Spanish
- Market research in insurance sector
Soft Skills required:
- Ability to manage activities related to multiple projects at the same time
- Good communication skills (both spoken and written) according to the audience
- Ability to work in team and to relate to senior leader members
- Precision and fast learning in dynamic context
- Inclination to project management activities
