Additionally, you will be supporting our Chief Growth Officer, with strategic and administrative tasks along with strategic planning and executive work.Dynamic and Impactful Role: As Strategy Associate to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will be at the heart of driving and supporting the growth function, including Marketing, Revenue Operations, Business Development & Account Management. Your will be facilitating and testing new strategic initiatives, improving current processes, and coordinating cross-functional projects that contribute to the company's success. Additionally you are responsible for the enablement of the CGO, by supporting him in his day to day tasks.Global Collaboration: You'll have the unique opportunity to work closely with global growth teams based in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the UK.A look behind the curtain: Working closely with the Chief Growth Officer, you will gain invaluable exposure to the inner works of one of the fastest growing scale-ups in Germany.Your profile We know — sometimes, you can't tick every box.
