We are seeking a StrategyAssociate to collaborate closely with our COO and contribute to our continued growth and success.

You show Problem-solving acumen with an analytical mindset;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral), and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders;Experience in understanding management and business requirements and translating them into reports;Ability to proactively spot inefficiencies, understand root causes and propose data driven actions;Ability to drive KPI management, and to come up with data insights based on KPI observation;Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work well under the pressure of deadlines. Strong project management skills are a must;Preferred experience include: Experience at a top tier consulting firm, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Strategy teams of other startup;Experience ina fast-growing environment (startup, scaleup);Bonus: knowledge of SQL and/or TableauBonus: knowledge of the healthcare spaceAs a strategy associate you will: Provide analytical support and Project-manage a variety of organizational initiatives, from strategy definition, to research and analysis, to execution coordination and leadership;Maintenance of reports and dashboard as well as preparation of Board presentations and reports;Work directly with the management team to identify and coordinate execution of strategic priorities;100% flexibility& full smart working;
