Multinational company operating in the Digital Automotive sector is looking for a STRATEGY ANALYST (M/F/d) based in Milan or Padua with willingness to travel.
**What you'll do**
In this position, you will work closely with the Management and the New Business team, which is responsible for the operational analysis essential for the company's success (business trends, updating client and prospect portfolios for the sales force, etc.), carry out analysis and reporting activities useful for the identification of new market strategies. You will coordinate your projects from start to finish, assessing their impact, managing stakeholders, preparing analyses, and deriving fact-based recommendations to share with the local team, Management, and the Headquarter in Germany. All in collaboration with the central Analysis and Business Development team.
**Here are some of your responsibilities**:
- Prepare analyses, derive recommendations, and produce documentation for top Management in cooperation with the other departments involved.
- Regularly present the status of key programmes/initiatives to team members and/or the Management.
- Analyze operational dashboards and derive best practices by calculating and monitoring KPIs.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across all functions.
- Regularly monitor and analyze competitors in the marketplace, while keeping the Management updated with new product innovations or newly introduced sales strategies.
**Your profile**:
- A minimum of 2 years full-time working experience in a consultancy company
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package
- Excellent communication skills in English and experience in structuring and presenting results to a C-level audience
