**Job Description**:
We're looking for a lead generation expert to join our New Ventures team as a Special Projects Manager.
The team is focused on exploring new areas of healthcare for DocPlanner and building new products & business on top of it.
We benefit both from being part of an established company as well as acting as an independent startup.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Lead initiatives aiming at boosting our GTM Strategy and execution - working on x-functional projects with local and global teams
- Enhance our Lead Generation activity - working closely with local and global marketing teams, sales excellence, as well as sales teams and local leadership
- Build and continuously develop our analytics and insights to drive data-based decisions
- Set and monitor KPIs for the entire sales funnel, develop relevant reporting and processes
- Support local Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Success operations in both ad-hoc and strategic projects and initiatives
- Close the feedback loop between local teams and the global Product function, as well as the global Leadership team
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Lead Generation in fast-paced B2B environment; Ideally some previous experience working within SaaS business
- In-depth knowledge of working with sales funnel, scoping and validating customers' pains and needs, testing and driving GTM strategy, running market experiments
- Ideally some previous experience in strategy consulting or project management; some entrepreneurial experience - in which you've founded or co-founded your business - would be super nice to have!
- Excellent communication skills gained with prior experience working within a matrix structure in an international environment is required
- Strong analytical skills, able to develop, work with, and synthesise data insights to provide actionable recommendations
- Hands-on mentality with ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced working environment; ability and willingness to switch between strategic high-level thinking and hands-on operational work
- Professional command of English and Italian, another European language (German, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, or other) would be an asset
