Strategic Planner & Controller

Job DescriptionWithin the Group Strategic Planning, Monitoring & Control Area, Unit International, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. The selected candidate will support the main activities related to the collection /analysis of monthly, actuals and forecast/plan data.Key responsibilities of the role will include: Support the data collection of monthly and quarterly KPIs using Excel/Tagetik toolsSupport the collection of main KPI's for the International - MedLat perimeter (forecast and plan) through several tools (Excel, Tagetik)Support the analysis/notes on MedLatSupport the aggregation/reporting and the target setting/target assessment phase of International perimeterSupport on activities related to Liberty Seguros integration in MedLat perimeterRequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Working knowledge of primary IT programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Academic background in one of the following: Economics, Finance, Actuarial, Mathematics or EngineeringFluent English and Italian3-5 years previous experiences in finance / actuarial departmentKnowledge of IFRS17 and IFRS9Soft skills:Curious and proactive attitude open to changesGood communication skillsCompany ProfileGenerali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.
