What You'll Be Doing As a Strategic Partnerships Director at Iris Telehealth, your primary role is to spearhead the development of new strategic partnerships across the healthcare industry, with a specific focus on engaging the top 125 Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) in the United States.

Your agile and effective communication, coupled with your strong existing connections will enhance these interactions. Strategic Consulting: Leverage your deep understanding of the patient journey to collaborate directly with health system executives to assess and understand their organizational needs, developing bespoke strategies and solutions that align with their goals and address their unique challenges. Solution Development and Sales: You will partner with internal teams to craft and sell customized solutions that meet the strategic needs of prospective partners, focusing on large-scale, system-wide implementations. Program Development and Deployment: Work with existing partners to initiate and expand program development efforts, emphasizing extensive, system-wide deployments. Leadership and Influence: Lead sales meetings and deliver persuasive presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers, demonstrating your deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and patient journey. Opportunity Management: Identify, develop, qualify, and close business opportunities to achieve revenue targets, leveraging tools like Salesforce to maintain accurate forecasts and essential sales data. Travel: Be prepared to travel up to 25% of the time to meet prospective clients, attend conferences, and participate in leadership meetings. Travel requirements may vary throughout the year depending on business needs. What You'll Need We want to make sure all our employees are set up for success from the get-go and that everyone is a great fit for their individual role. You'll definitely succeed if you have: 7+ years of full-time quota carrying healthcare sales experience with a proven track record of top-tier performance. An extensive history of negotiating and closing multimillion-dollar deals (ideally $10M+) to large IDNs. Experience in selling enterprise healthcare solutions related to any or all of the following: behavioral health, telehealth, population health, and SaaS solutions. The ability to leverage and expand an established network of executive-level contacts within health systems. A strategic, consultative approach to sales with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem. A comprehensive and multidisciplinary understanding of the sales process, particularly in scenarios involving prolonged sales cycles. A keen ability to resolve conflicts, lead negotiations, and de-escalate tense situations. Executive presence and proficiency in engaging C-suite individuals through various communication modes: presentations, phone calls, emails, and face-face interactions. Excellent judgment and critical thinking, with the ability to make quick decisions in ambiguous situations. Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, to manage all business and sales opportunities. What Would Set You Apart We'll be looking for these standout qualifications as we review your resume. If you have these, you'll be a cut above the rest and an ideal fit for this role: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related technical area; or equivalent industry experience. Multidisciplinary sales success that spans a variety of healthcare sectors. Experience in selling solutions related to behavioral health, population health, chronic conditions, or telehealth solutions. A deep passion for healthcare transformation, coupled with self-motivation and proactiveness. You bring a contagious enthusiasm and optimistic outlook while being grounded in pragmatism to every interaction. A consistent record of being among the top producers in your sales team.
